Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using BullFrogBuddy you agree to these Terms of Service. This service is intended for individual teachers for personal classroom management use only. It is not sold to, licensed by, or intended for districts or institutions.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use BullFrogBuddy. By using the service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
3. Use of Service
You may use BullFrogBuddy to manage your own classroom. You agree not to:
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Enter student personal information beyond what is necessary for classroom management
4. Student Data
All student information you enter (names, photos, attendance, notes, grades) remains yours. We do not access, sell, or monetize student data. You are solely responsible for complying with your school or district's data policies — including FERPA and any applicable state laws — before entering student information.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Free tier features are available without payment. Paid features require an active subscription billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods already paid.
6. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. Refund requests made after 14 days of the charge will not be honored. To request a refund, contact us at mcdanieljordan@gmail.com with your account email and the date of the charge.
7. Intellectual Property
BullFrogBuddy, its branding, design, and code are owned by Jordan McDaniel. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the software.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
BullFrogBuddy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
9. Limitation of Liability
BullFrogBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jordan McDaniel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you have actually paid to BullFrogBuddy in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
10. Account Termination
BullFrogBuddy may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the service. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BullFrogBuddy after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
